Cottages, houses, bungalows, baches and villas available for holiday rental are sole dwelling, self contained premises, usually single story, where guests have exclusive occupancy.
They can range from quaint farm cottages through to luxury beachside villas. A minimum rental period maybe required, and rates for longer rentals and temporary corporate assignments or project relocations maybe available. The host/manager can be contacted, but is generally not available on-site.

Private and self-contained, the studio is located just 9 min from Pottsville Beach and 25 min from the iconic Byron Bay.
A "Welcome Hamper" is provided, and we're also pet friendly with any medium breed pet welcomed*. From $125 pn midweek, 3-night minimum.

Coco's Cottage is a beautifully restored Queenslander house that was built in the 1890's, with loads of character and charm. It is surrounded by a lush tropical garden and a spacious deck which allows our guests to relax and take in the beautiful bird life and the stunning views to the rolling hills of the hinterland.
Located within Byron Bay State Conservation Area, Byron Bay Cottages are next to Cape Byron Lighthouse.
The accommodation is fully self-contained with three bedrooms each, equipped kitchen, dining area and terrace with barbecues. Towels and bed linen are provided. Very popular, so you'll need to book well in advance.
